How to use:
To dry body brush, take a minute before your bath or shower. Brush using gentle, long and slow strokes from your feet towards your heart all over your body adjusting pressure for comfort. After showering give your skin a good drink of your favourite body oil or moisturiser. Consistency is key, for best results, repeat daily. Can also be used wet and with soap to lather up for a microplastic free full body scrub. It’s normal for loose fibres to shed.
