Guduchi or Giloy – Tinospora cordifolia, an ayurvedic herbs used widely in many ayurvedic classical formulas. Commonly used to balance healthy blood sugar levels, inflammation, and immune system support.
One of the recent studies suggested that Guduchi is as potent herb as spirulina in flighting the recurrent allergies.
One of the early studies suggested that using Guduchi helps in managing sugar levels among the diabetes patients, helps in reducing the absorption of sugars in the food at the intestine. Also have protective role in diabetes complications.
Guduchi may have similar action as monoamine oxidase inhibitor and play role in increasing catecholamines levels, also contains phytoandorgen, aids in protecting against radiation induced DNA damage.

Recommended Dose.
Adult dose: extract of stem (5% bitters) can take 1000mg per day or 300mg three times per day.
